The structure of machine

Our two-steps of Semi-Automatic PET Stretch-blow Molding Machine was used to blow the perform that produced by injection molding machine.

 

The clamping unit:

 It drive the piston through the control valve from the electromagnetic axes combined activate form the front and back molding board, middle fixing molding board, double-toggles connecting rod apparatus and mould closing air cylinder.

 

The sealing and stretching unit:

 It is made up of electromagnetic valve of drawing, high-pressure blowing valve, tandem air cylinder, moving heal, air packet of blowing and storage, it works by control valve of electromagnetism axes, pull the drawing piston of the air cylinder and the heal piston, drive the drawing rod and heal packet to fell on heated stretch bottle flan of the closed mould, The heal packet sealed against the bottleneck, the flan will be drawn by the drawing rod from the lengthways. At the same time air from high-pressure go into the heal valve and blowing the flan into molding bilaterally.

 

The heating unit

The heating is made up of temperature sensors and several sections of precision of precision foundry aluminum; its circuitry is automated by the wiring control box and easy for controlling. When it works, the temperature controller will make the box in constant temperature condition by the temperature sensor conducting the hot air to the bottle flan and make the flan heating, pliable, assume springiness and easy for blowing. The wiring control box automates the temperature in the oven.
