2liter HDPE bottle extrusion blow machine specialize in producing PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE, PVC, TPV material bottle or container in cosmetic, petroleum, chemistry, food,toy, auto parts hollow packaging fields,such as detergent bottle, shampoo bottle, cosmetic bottle, medicine bottle,petroleum jerry can,chemical container,drink bottle and shield,etc.
Features of 2Liter PP bottle extrusion blow machine
* Clamping system:high precision linear guide rail,large arm cylinder axis mould opening and clamping,oscillating bearing front and back of mould clamping and mould moving oil cylinder ensure good protection,blowing mandrill with venting function making faster cooling,mechanical mould moving negative feedback realizing faster and stable machine running(deceleration valve).
* extrusion system:head gear reducer,imported inverter.
* die head system:special steel,central incoming extrusion.
* hydraulic system:imported hydraulic valve,seal,proportional valve.
* controlling system:Taiwan programmable control,automatic temperature module,famous electrical parts.
* can equip conveyor belt carrying slitter edge to crusher to be reused.
* can equip conveyor belt carrying bottle or container to filling machine directly,can realize on line leak test.
* can equip robot arm to take out the bottles or containers.
* can equip circle-type cutter to trim the bottle with foil-sealing type.
